Privacy policy

This policy covers the Linker landing page and early-access contact requests. Ivan Lukov operates this website and handles these requests. For privacy questions, corrections, deletion, or to stop follow-up, contact @ivanlukov on Telegram.

What you send

The early-access form collects your Telegram username and, optionally, a description of your product, current authentication, and integration or migration needs. If your coding agent submits for you, it sends the handle and summary you approved. Please leave out passwords, credentials, source code, and your users’ personal information.

Why it is collected

Your request is used to follow up about Linker early access, discuss your requirements, and understand what would make adoption useful for your application. Submitting the form asks for that follow-up; it does not create an authentication account or start a paid subscription.

How your request reaches Linker

The website runs on Cloudflare. Your submitted details pass through its hosting infrastructure, and the application sends your username and optional description to a Telegram chat used to receive Linker requests. Cloudflare processes connection information, such as your IP address and request headers, to deliver and protect the website. Telegram stores the delivered message as part of its messaging service.

These providers have their own data-handling policies: Cloudflare privacy policy and Telegram privacy policy. This early-access workflow uses those services and is not covered by the Kazakhstan-residency promise for Linker’s planned authentication product.

How long it is kept

Ivan keeps the early-access submission until he follows up, then deletes the intake message from the receiving Telegram chat. You can request deletion before that by contacting @ivanlukov. Any conversation you choose to continue on Telegram is separate from the original form submission. Cloudflare and Telegram may retain service records under their own policies.

The application also temporarily holds request details in server memory to prevent duplicate delivery. Entries expire after 10 minutes and are removed on a later submission or when the server instance ends. There is no separate registration database.

Cookies and tracking

The landing-page application does not set advertising cookies or include third-party analytics scripts. Cloudflare may process security-related information or set security cookies as part of delivering and protecting the site. Following a Telegram, LinkedIn, or employer link takes you to that provider’s website.

Your choices

The product description is optional. You can contact Ivan directly instead of using the form, ask what information he holds from your request, correct it, request its deletion, or ask him not to follow up again. Use @ivanlukov and identify the username used for your request.

Updates

This policy will be updated if the early-access data flow changes. Linker’s authentication product will need its own applicable privacy information when it becomes available.
